CJSM Verification

Message from The Bridge SARC

We changed our email address on 11/09/2023 to TheBridge@UHBW.nhs.uk

This was a change from using NHS.net to the internal UHBW.nhs.uk email system.

Unfortunately, this meant that we were required to re-register with CJSM. This process has taken a long time, however we can now confirm that our CJSM email address is:

Please ensure you now send any CJSM correspondence to this address.

Please do note that we hope, after setting up SMTP, we will be able to receive CJSM directly to our normal mailbox (TheBridge@UHBW.nhs.uk). Once this is done, we will communicate again to update you.

Please rest assured that any emails sent via CJSM to our old nhs.net email address, between 11/09/2023 until today, have been forwarded to our new email address. We will continue to monitor the old inbox regularly, to ensure any emails sent in error are not missed.

Our non-CJSM email address (for clients, police (.police.uk), local authorities (.gov.uk), and NHSmail (nhs.net) emails) is: TheBridge@UHBW.nhs.uk. This email address meets the NHS Digital Secure Email standard, but does not receive CJSM emails at present.

Our telephone number remains unchanged, and is answered 24/7, 365 days a year, by one of our crisis workers – 0117 342 6999.

All the staff have been so friendly and welcoming, and very kind. I was supported from the very first contact, and overall, could not have gone through the past few years without this wonderful service.  A major asset to our NHS service, and one that I hope is able to reach as many individuals as need it.
